1. What Vitalinfo is
Vitalinfo is a tool for recording your blood pressure readings and keeping them in order:
- it calculates your averages;
- it classifies them according to the clinical guideline you choose (for example, the 2025 Argentine Consensus on Arterial Hypertension);
- it shows them in charts;
- it puts together a report for your doctor.
It is offered by MDLSis Soluciones Digitales, whom these terms call "the controller". Its details are in the privacy policy.
2. It is not medical care
Vitalinfo does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatments and does not replace a consultation with a health professional. The classification of your averages is a reference taken from a published guideline, not a diagnosis.
Nobody looks at your data or alerts anyone. If a reading goes above 180/120, the app shows it on your screen, but it does not alert anyone. In an emergency, call the emergency services where you are (107 in most of Argentina, 112 in Spain and the European Union, 911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency department.
3. Your account
- You must be over 18 years old.
- Use an email address of your own and look after access to it: the sign-in codes arrive there. If you choose a password, do not share it.
- An account belongs to one person. Enter another person's data only if they allow you to.
- You are responsible for the data you enter being correct.
4. Misuse
Vitalinfo is for each person to record their own blood pressure. The following is forbidden:
- Harming the service: entering disproportionate volumes of data, automating access with programs or bots, extracting data in bulk, or trying to overload, breach or bypass the platform's security.
- Getting into what is not yours: trying to access other people's accounts, data or links.
- Knowingly entering false data, or another person's data without their permission.
- Sending spam or offensive, illegal or misleading content, including the notes on shared links.
- Commercial use: selling, advertising or promoting products or services through the app, reselling access, or using it for any commercial purpose.
- Impersonation: posing as Vitalinfo, its controller, its team or a health professional, or claiming to speak on their behalf.
- Creating new accounts to evade a ban.
- Any other use contrary to the law, to good faith or to the purpose of Vitalinfo.
If you find a security flaw, tell us at hello@vitalinfo.app: reporting it in good faith is not misuse.
5. Suspension and removal for misuse
In case of misuse we may suspend or delete the account, with all its data, and prevent that email address from registering again. If the case allows it, we notify you beforehand by email and you can download your readings. In serious cases (attacks, fraud or impersonation), the removal may be immediate.
6. The links you share
You decide who you send a link to your report to. Whoever has it can see it until it expires or you revoke it. We recommend protecting it with a PIN.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep Vitalinfo running at all times, but there may be outages, planned or unplanned, and we do not guarantee that they will not happen. We make daily backups. Even so, we recommend that you download your readings from time to time from Settings › Account.
8. Free, with sponsors
Vitalinfo is free for those who use it. To cover its costs, it may show the logo or name of sponsors and collaborators. The rules are at vitalinfo.app/apoyos:
- no sponsor appears next to your readings, your report or your health data;
- none receives anyone's data;
- pharmaceutical companies, and private health insurers or health plans, are not accepted as visible sponsors.
9. Liability
The controller of Vitalinfo is not responsible for health decisions made on the basis of the app's numbers, charts or reports, nor for the consequences of incorrectly entered data.
10. Changes to the service
We may change, improve or remove features. If a change affects your data, we will tell you beforehand.
11. How to stop using it
You can delete your account whenever you want, from Settings › Account. Beforehand, the app offers you to download your readings.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change something important, we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version. Each version carries its number and its date.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the rights that Law 24,240 on Consumer Protection grants to those who use the app.
